Vendor Crap Challenge 2010
If you read our forums, Wolfenstein has announced “Vendor Crap Challenge” . Since we think its mega-awesome idea, we decided to support it by giving away free 60 Day World of Warcraft Game Card to the best looking vendor item set!
Here is the deal;
- collect items from around the World (of Warcraft):
- Poor Quality (example) and Common Quality (example) items only (no greens, blues & epix)
- item(s) must not be purchased (sold by) vendors
- Quest items are ok, as long they are gray/white quality.
- Seasonal items are in general purchased (“sold by vendors”) and therefore not allowed
- item level – whatever your character can equip
- equip your character with 4 different sets
- take screenshots (remove interface pls -> ALT+Z)
- send screenshots and your character details (name, guild realm..) to wowfashionguru-at-gmail.com
- we’ll publish them and readers will vote the best looking one
- winner will receive 60 Day World of Warcraft Game Card

Hold on, let me check. His set is made of grey drops that usually get vendored. But the contest is to make an outfit using items sold FROM vendors. Is that right?
No. I made a mistake in text

Positively lovely! I’ve very little free time these days, with how demanding the nobles of the realm can be. Perhaps I shall enter myself as well. Luciola, the finest tailor of Silvermoon can make even the most horrid trash look good. I rather like the way that sounds.

Two weeks would make this the coming Sunday, now wouldn’t it? Tell me then, are quest items acceptable? Seasonal items? Am I only allowed to use bits that I find upon the dead?

Regrading deadline; two weeks was suggestion.. still waiting for feedback. I know it can be though to concentrate on things such as this contest while you raid / pvp / grind dailies etc… so I’d like to give everyone fair amount of time in order to prepare items.
Not even I have a second complete set yet, and I have been at it for months. Collecting vendor crap takes time and bag space, loads of bag space.

I suggest make it a nice easy date – say July 31? or Aug 31 if you feel like being kind…
