It drops from the new boss Apothecary Hummel in Shadowfang Keep during Love is in the Air. Took me 4 days to get mine but it dropped 3 times. If you're not into the dom thing, it goes great as a mad scientist set esp if you're an alchemist! You can use Flask of Forest Mojo (check wowhead for similar items) or Flask of Forest Mojo (Ally only). Perhaps a happy mix of both, 3d to show the whole item and then screenshot compositions to show the variety.
